To perform the PIM-PEM test in the W20s software, it is necessary to connect a SIBELMED spirometer equipped with this module.
Spirometry quality control
It features an automatic quality-control function with messages that help the technician to provide good instructions to the patient in order to obtain high-quality spirometry tests. It is based on the ATS/ERS qualification system and on the American National Lung Health Education Program (NLHEP) recommendations. QC Prompts and QC Grades.

Quanjer 2012-GLI with LLN and Z-Score
It includes in the report the Quanjer 2012-GLI with LLN and Z-Score international reference values, together with their corresponding chart; this helps the technician identify quickly the state of the patient.

Sibelmed USB weather station
This W20s option automatically acquires ambient temperature, pressure and humidity data each time a spirometry, calibration or check is performed, and sends them to the software.
The ERS/ATS international respiratory societies specify that each spirometry result should take into account the pressure, temperature and humidity, given that their values may change over the course of the day.
