Its reduced size and weight make it also suitable for on-site tests, featuring a rechargeable battery and a case.

PULSE OXIMETRY BRONCHOCONSTRICTION MIP-MEP and SNIFF
DATOSPIR touch may incorporate a module dedicated exclusively to taking oxygen saturation samples and plethysmographic pulse. This option allows you to take pulse oximetry measurements independently or while a spirometry test is performed. It also lets you visualize the plethysmographic wave in real time and carry out occasional measurements of Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) and Pulse Rate (PR), or long-term studies. The bronchoconstriction module is an option available with the DATOSPIR touch spirometer. The test can be performed using two different methods: • Normal or continuous method: It consists of administering a patient a certain concentration of medication for a specified amount of time. • Abbreviated method: It consists of administering a patient a certain number of inhalations of a certain concentration. DATOSPIR touch has an external Maximum Respiratory Pressures module available. It allows for a measurement range of ±295 hPa (±300 cmH2O) in inspiratory tests as well as in expiratory tests, and has several reference values which can be configured by the user. With the SNIFF probe, it can also measure maximum nasal pressures.

The optional module W20sLink allows interoperability with the Hospital Information System (HIS).
